En tant que Chef du Gouvernement du Neugraviat de Saint-Castin, j'exprime ma fierté de diriger une micronation qui s'engage résolument dans la promotion du métissage des cultures et la cohabitation pacifique de tous les peuples francophones et indigènes d'Amérique du Nord. Notre État bénéficie d'une structure solide, doté d'un pouvoir législatif et exécutif robuste, sous la direction du Nekaussei, une assemblée constituée de cinq membres sélectionnés par la Neugravine pour un mandat de deux ans.
En tant que Chef du Gouvernement, ma responsabilité première est de représenter les intérêts de tous les citoyens castiniens et de concilier les diverses sensibilités politiques de notre nation. J'ai également la lourde tâche de coordonner les efforts de l'ensemble des membres du Nekaussei et de préserver l'unité nationale au sein de notre gouvernement. En tant que Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, j'ai l'opportunité privilégiée de tisser des liens solides et durables avec d'autres micronations, notamment grâce à l'organisation que j'ai fondée en 2015, ayant pour objectif de rassembler l'ensemble des micronations francophones et de promouvoir le respect des cultures, des droits de l'homme ainsi que la crédibilité dans nos démarches.
Malgré les accomplissements remarquables que nous avons réalisés depuis la création de notre micronation en 2014, il reste encore de nombreux défis à relever afin de construire et de développer notre nation ainsi que notre identité culturelle. C'est donc avec une grande fierté que je mène le Neugraviat de Saint-Castin, contribuant ainsi à son rayonnement au sein de la vaste communauté micronationale.
En tant que Ministre-Président du Neugraviat de Saint-Castin, j'exprime ma fierté de guider une micronation qui a su instaurer une monarchie constitutionnelle harmonieuse, conciliant les traditions ancestrales du Neugraviat et l'autorité du Chef de Gouvernement, le Ministre-Président. Nous avons également établi un système législatif et exécutif solide et structuré, permettant à chaque citoyen castinien de s'exprimer et de participer activement à la vie politique de notre nation.
Notre micronation est reconnue pour son respect des cultures, des droits de l'homme ainsi que pour la crédibilité de nos démarches. Nous avons noué des liens étroits avec d'autres micronations francophones grâce à l'organisation que j'ai fondée en 2015, visant à favoriser les échanges et la collaboration entre tous les peuples de langue française.
En tant que Ministre-Président, j'éprouve une grande fierté à guider une nation qui brille au sein de la vaste communauté micronationale et qui s'emploie à bâtir un avenir pacifique et prospère pour chaque citoyen castinien. Il nous reste encore beaucoup à accomplir pour ériger notre nation et développer notre identité culturelle, mais je suis convaincu que nous atteindrons nos objectifs grâce à l'engagement de tous nos citoyens et à notre détermination à bâtir un avenir meilleur pour tous.

As the Head of Government of the Newgraviate of Saint-Castin, I express my pride in leading a micronation that is firmly committed to promoting cultural diversity and fostering peaceful coexistence among all French-speaking and indigenous peoples of North America. Our state enjoys a strong structure with a robust legislative and executive power, under the leadership of the Nekaussei, an assembly composed of five members chosen by the Newgravine for a two-year term.
As the Head of Government, my primary responsibility is to represent the interests of all Castinian citizens and reconcile the diverse political parties' interests within our nation. I also bear the weighty task of coordinating the efforts of all Nekaussei members and maintaining national unity within our government. As the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I have the privileged opportunity to forge strong and enduring ties with other micronations, particularly through the organization I founded in 2015, which aims to gather all French-speaking micronations and promote respect for cultures, human rights, and credibility in our endeavors.
Despite the remarkable achievements we have made since the establishment of our micronation in 2014, there are still many challenges ahead in building and developing our nation and cultural identity. Therefore, I lead the Newgraviate of Saint-Castin with great pride, contributing to its prominence within the vast micronational community.
As the Minister President of the Newgraviate of Saint-Castin, I express my pride in guiding a micronation that has successfully established a harmonious constitutional monarchy, blending the ancestral traditions of the Newgraviate with the authority of the Head of Government, the Minister President. We have also established a strong and structured legislative and executive system, allowing every Castinian citizen to voice their opinions and actively participate in the political life of our nation.
Our micronation is recognized for its respect for cultures, human rights, and the credibility of our actions. We have formed close ties with other French-speaking micronations through the organization I founded in 2015, aiming to foster exchange and collaboration among all French-speaking peoples.
As the Minister President, I take great pride in guiding a nation that shines within the vast micronational community and strives to build a peaceful and prosperous future for every Castinian citizen. There is still much to accomplish in building our nation and developing our cultural identity, but I am confident that we will achieve our goals through the dedication of all our citizens and our determination to build a better future for all.
