Le CRBS, acronyme de « Castinian Regional Broadcasting Service » qui signifie « Service Régional Castinien de Radiodiffusion » en anglais, est une entreprise publique fondatrice du groupe de médias micronationaux M'NAT. Créée en septembre 2014, cette société a pour ambition d'être un diffuseur de contenus éducatifs et culturels, tout en proposant des émissions d'information régionale, nationale et micronationale de qualité en français, en anglais et en montagnais.
Diffusant sur l'ensemble du territoire national de Saint-Castin, le CRBS dispose de plusieurs stations, telles que ZOU dans l'Outaragasipi et ZBS au Valinois, dans le Fjord du Saguenay. Depuis juin 2015, le CRBS est membre du Réseau de la DMF (Diffusion MicroFrancophone), qui est un consortium de diffuseurs publics de l'Organisation de la MicroFrancophonie.
Ainsi, le CRBS s'attache à remplir sa mission de service public, en proposant une programmation riche et variée, tout en contribuant au développement culturel et éducatif de la région de Saint-Castin et de ses environs.
The CRBS, which stands for "Castinian Regional Broadcasting Service" in English, is a public enterprise and founding member of the M'NAT micronational media group. Established in September 2014, this company aims to be a provider of educational and cultural content, while offering high-quality regional, national, and micronational news programs in French, English, and Montagnais.
Broadcasting throughout the entire national territory of Saint-Castin, the CRBS operates several stations, such as ZOU in Outaragasipi, and ZBS in Valinois, in the Saguenay Fjord. Since June 2015, the CRBS has been a member of the DMF (MicroFrancophone Broadcasting Network), which is a consortium of public broadcasters within the MicroFrancophonie organization.
Therefore, the CRBS is committed to fulfilling its public service mission by providing a rich and diverse programming, while contributing to the cultural and educational development of the Saint-Castin region and its surroundings.

Notre mission
La CRBS possède une mission bien établit et codifié, qui est celui d’offrir une programmation axée sur l’éducation. En effet, le réseau est partie intégrante du Ministère de l’éducation, de la santé et des services sociaux. Chaque jours, le service publique offre une programmation axée sur la promotion de la culture et des bonnes habitudes de vie. Tous les jours, un bulletin d’information sur l’actualité nationale est diffusé. Notre but premier est d’éduquer les citoyens castiniens et faire la promotion de notre micronation et sa culture à l’étranger.
