The Castinian Constitution establishes the Neugraviat as a hereditary constitutional monarchy, harmoniously combining democratic and parliamentary principles. The Renatine dynasty of De la Voye-Boulanger – Legendre has been designated as the reigning family, and the succession to the throne is governed by the Neugravial House.
This constitution affirms that any modification of the state's borders can only be achieved through legislation, while recognizing the right of cantons to secede. The national colors are blue, green, and red, with French and Montagnais as the official languages, and English having official administrative status.
The Castinian Constitution outlines the duties of the state, including the promotion of the general well-being of the population, education and training of the people, protection of workers' rights, regulation of currency and public credit, and the guarantee of a fair taxation system.

Furthermore, the Castinian Constitution guarantees the rights of the LGBT community and promotes equity between genders and sexual orientations. It recognizes the right of citizens to choose their gender, allows same-sex marriages, prohibits acts that disrupt peaceful coexistence of genders, and strongly condemns public statements that are homophobic, transphobic, and sexist.
